Our company cooperates with Nanjing Agricultural University, and undertakes the 948 project and technology research project of organic fertilizer by the Ministry of Agriculture. We mainly research the organic fertilizer production equipment, and the processing technology and biological organic fertilizer preventing soil-borne disease. At present, we lead in the priority level in China. In 2010, we won the first prize of science and technology in Jiangsu province and the second award of state technological innovation.

With the project of dealing with cattle manure, we research and develop a complete production equipment of organic fertilizer. Products include blenders, pile turners, screeners and automatic packing machines. The equipment uses the windrow composting fermentation technology, and is widely used in fermentation treatment of livestock manure, domestic waste and sludge. The biggest advantage is fast compost maturity and short fermentation period. It will become high quality in about 15 to 18 days. The biggest advantage of pile turner is good comminution and oxygenation capacity, so as to promote the microbial propagation and fast water evaporation. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, the efficiency of the pile turner has been improved by 10%. It is the most advanced pile turner equipment.
